Online community event- Reshaping your relationship with the body and mind

Living in a body that carries persistent pain or fatigue can feel exhausting and isolating. Over time, it’s easy to lose the sense of wonder and care we once held for our bodies. The mind too can become weighed down by worry or frustration, and what once felt like a gift can feel overwhelming.

When we notice this separation within ourselves, there’s an invitation to gently reunite — to come home again.

This 1-hour community event is a safe space to share the highs and lows you’ve experienced living with ongoing pain or fatigue, and how this has shaped your relationship with yourself. Together, we’ll explore gentle reframes, perspectives and practices and guided reflection to help you acknowledge the parts of you that feel neglected, meet them with acceptance, and soften back into a place of appreciation — maybe even self-love.

As a group, we’ll find ways to embrace what truly supports us, and let go of what no longer serves.

Take an hour to self reflect, reconnect and remember your wholeness — surrounded by a community that understands.
