I have spent the last 15 years passionately supporting people with various challenges presented by dis-ease, particularly persistent fatigue and pain. I’ve been enthraled as I’ve witnessed the changes and growth which humans can be offered through these life experiences. My background in Exercise Physiology, yoga teacher training and my personal experiences have informed my approach and allowed me to be of service in a diverse, adaptable and sustainable manner.
I’ve witnessed hundreds of stories and been gifted multiple experiences to aid the cultivation of a deep understanding of the people I connect with. With this comes an authentic sense of compassion and I consistently aim to be an embodied practitioner of truth, intuition and self care.
Over the last decade, I have also led multidisciplinary allied health teams to create larger, more diverse opportunities for you to obtain the support you need and deserve. I am the director of Connection Medicine Co., who provides education, mentoring and self care opportunities for health practitioners and spaceholders.
