This hybrid method uses a mixture of modern western science and ancient eastern wisdom to provide you with a complete method towards a life of better health, freedom and joy.
Embodied expansion offerings have a deep focus on the wisdom found within the body. Slowly, surely and safely we investigate the experience of the mindbody to find the answers we seek for healing and a final release of the chronic physical and mental ailments which hold us back from living the life we deserve.
Through this inward focussed method, we can awaken to our true Self, rebuild trust in ourselves and begin to expand into our true capacity. We can be liberated from the torment of seeking answers from external sources and reclaim our sovereignty.
This method offers the mind a break from all the thinking, processing and excessive loading which our culture has a tendency to place on it. As we rewire the nervous system from a bottom up perspective, we can create meaningful, lasting changes and experience the world in a regulated and embodied manner.
“Somatic rewire” is designed to modify old, unhelpful patterns and create new neural networks which support increased adaptability, vitality and grounding.
