This half day chronic illness and beginner friendly workshop/ retreat is designed to leave you understanding your Self and trusting your intuition more than ever before. It’s a short and sweet experience connecting with the country air, like minded souls and all parts of your Self that are ready to be seen and integrated in order to allow you to live with a deeper sense of calm, peace, vibrancy and health.
Yoga is an under utilised tool to develop and practice the “pacing” methods often discussed in an “educational” context for a health recovery and balanced and productive lifestyle. This workshop allows us to understand and experience Yoga for healing, energy sustainability and to fully engage in life.
This 4 hour workshop will include theory and practice including:
Yoga including gentle, adaptable movement, pranaymaya (breathwork), mindfulness practices, mantra & meditation
Sharing circles and group discussions
Yogic ethical practices and philosophy which enhances our western, modern ways and the implementation of intuitive pacing
