4 week online course- Pacing, Presence & Embodied Recovery

In this course, we explore the practice of Yoga (we are not focussing on the asana (postures) here, but more importantly, the philosophy, the foundational ethical guidelines that shape our behaviour towards ourselves and our interactions with the world
.
This is not Yoga for fitness, for flexibility improvements or injury management.
This is Yoga as a remedy from the trials and tribulations of people-pleasing, the pressure of being a high achiever, and that old habit of pushing through.

In this 4 week, small-group journey, we explore the wisdom of the body through breath, our relationship with movement and deep rest. We will explore yogic philosophy and ethics and go deep into reflection and orientation towards a fuller, more ease-full life.

You’ll learn how to:
-Apply and practice fine tuned pacing on and off the yoga mat
-Use key yogic principles to guide a less effortful and richer life
-Slow down, and take time for your true needs whilst letting go of the guilt and shame
-Break through cyclical energy depletion
-Pause and reset before the body reacts
-Reconnect to your intuition and your Self

With a mix of theory, guided practices, and supportive recordings, this course blends somatic therapy, heart-centered yoga, and practical pacing tools.

Online community event- An introduction to pranayama (where breath and energy meet)

Join us for a 60 minute exploration of Pranayama, one of the most potent of all yogic practices. This is an opportunity to meet the non movement aspect of Yoga and be surprised at just how much it can support you.

Pranayama (yogic breath control) goes beyond breathwork as it intertwines breath with prana (life force).

This session will be interactive as we explore our relationship with the breath and explore how it can serve us as
-a meditative tool
-an instrument to develop self awareness and interoception
-a method to create relaxation and rejuvination in the body and mind.

This is an introductory workshop for beginners and for advanced students who want to go deeper into their practice.

Exchange and rebates: $50 (Private health insurance available)

Therapeutic neuroscience education group session- Depathologising Chronic invisible illness

Depathologising Chronic Invisible Illness

Chronic invisible illnesses — like persistent pain, fatigue, or dysautonomia — are often misunderstood and framed as problems to be fixed, leaving many feeling ashamed, dismissed, or broken. But what if we could see these experiences not as defects, but as signs of a nervous system doing its best to protect us?

In this 1-hour group session will explore:
-The benevolent functions of the nervous system — how protective responses often seen as ‘pathological’ are actually signs of your body working hard to keep you safe.

-The cultural norms that shape how our nervous systems respond — from the constant push for productivity and performance, to the lack of collective rest and recovery. Add to this the exposure to chemical, light, and noise pollution, the impact of capitalist-driven stressors which subtly slip into our behaviours— all of which can strain our nervous systems, predispose us to health challenges, and make healing harder.

-Practical, empowering ways to work with your brain and body — discover simple, evidence-informed tools to gently rewire your brain and support positive physiological change.

This gathering is an invitation to see yourself and your body through a different lens — with more understanding, less blame, and a pathway towards hope and self-compassion.

Take an hour to learn, share and feel supported in community.

Online community event- Reshaping your relationship with the body and mind

Living in a body that carries persistent pain or fatigue can feel exhausting and isolating. Over time, it’s easy to lose the sense of wonder and care we once held for our bodies. The mind too can become weighed down by worry or frustration, and what once felt like a gift can feel overwhelming.

When we notice this separation within ourselves, there’s an invitation to gently reunite — to come home again.

This 1-hour community event is a safe space to share the highs and lows you’ve experienced living with ongoing pain or fatigue, and how this has shaped your relationship with yourself. Together, we’ll explore gentle reframes, perspectives and practices and guided reflection to help you acknowledge the parts of you that feel neglected, meet them with acceptance, and soften back into a place of appreciation — maybe even self-love.

As a group, we’ll find ways to embrace what truly supports us, and let go of what no longer serves.

Take an hour to self reflect, reconnect and remember your wholeness — surrounded by a community that understands.
